Diverse & Beautiful Views
Jennifer_S
, Dec 2020
Our driver was Mary and we really enjoyed her. We were picked up at our hotel at 6:45am. There was a quick question screening and temp check. Masks required. We picked up 2 other small groups for a total of 8 passengers. Each group had their own row. The ride was comfortable and there were enough stops for bathroom breaks. The scenery was diverse and beautiful. Mary is very knowledgeable and we learned a lot of fun facts. Sedona Red Rocks was a quick photo opp and then a drive through the quaint town. It’s pretty chilly out so bundle up. We drove through the desert and a beautiful forest. Then to the Grand Canyon where it had snowed. Again it was really cold and there was ice on the walkway so bring the right clothes and shoes. The canyon was beautiful. We visited 3 different vistas and were given an hour to walk around. Another photo opp at the sign on the way out. There was a stop on the way there and back for food. This is a great tour for your first time visiting the area. The Navajo Reservation is temporarily closed.

Good driver, disappointing ride
Steve_S
, Dec 2020
Our trip to the Grand Canyon was good. Our driver Mary arrived on time (actually a bit early), was friendly and knowledgeable. The van was clean but was very uncomfortable - no legroom and no reclining. And, given this trip was during the peak of Covid, I was very surprised and disappointed that the tour company piled 8 of us in a 10 passenger van with no room for physical distancing.

Thank you for your review. At this time, the Grand Canyon is only allowing van tours to enter, with up to 9 passengers. Our vans are 15 passenger. Unfortunately, there cannot be social distancing in a van. We do require face masks and sanitize all vans every evening. And there is complimentary hand sanitizer in all our vans. We also do temperature checks on all passengers and our guides before each tour.So glad you enjoyed Mary.

Sedona - Grand Canyon tour was fabulous!

Sedona was spectacular, but the star of the day was the Canyon. Unbelievably breaktaking! Our driver, Mary, was just a doll! I went with three of my sisters - two of us had never been to the desert. Mary was very informative and fun! A great tour!

First Time to the Grand Canyon
Mak
, Nov 2020
Our tour guide was both friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to provide information not just about the sites on our itinerary, but on things along the way as well! He also offered to take pictures for us, which was super helpful since I was traveling alone. The tour incorporates ample bathroom/ snack breaks and the restaurant we stopped at for lunch had delicious margaritas! This tour was not labor intensive and would be good for all ages and skill levels. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to make the most of their day trip to the Grand Canyon.

Frank is an awesome tour guide!!! My husband and I had a great time touring around Sedona; which is a beautiful little town full of shops and restaurants. The Grand Canyon was beyond what we expected. Very breathtaking! If you have the opportunity this tour is well worth your time.

Unforgettable Experience

Breathtaking views, unforgettable experience. Our tour guide and driver, Taylor, was a wealth of information as he shared "his Grand Canyon" experiences and history, as well as insight to the various animals and fauna in and along the Grand Canyon. Taylor was the epitome of a professional and gracious host, always very jovial and accomodating. He even made a very short detour on the way back in order for me to get a look at the Chapel of the Holy Cross in Sedona. I recommend this tour highly, and will book again.

Mary was a great guide, she was friendly and kind. Mary has a lot of experience and knowledge. My son who is usually very introverted could not stop talking to her during the tour. You can tell she is very passionate about her job, and she genuinely loves what she does.

Mary, our driver was AMAZING! I cannot express that enough. It’s a full day trip towards the end you’ll be tired but it’s definitely worth it if you have a day to see Grand Canyon, part of Sedona, and the village. Van was super clean. Mary had so much knowledge about Arizona it was awesome! We packed a lunch because they only stop at McDonald’s

Drive yourself if you want to take your time at the canyon

Long day and not much time at the canyon itself. A lot of time in the car. Didn't enjoy the time restrictions but understand the reasons for them. Mary was nice
icon Response from Host , Oct 2020
Thank you for your review of this tour. Unfortunately, the Grand Canyon takes time to arrive at. In our 19 years of experience, most people feel that they have plenty of time at the Grand Canyon. Right now, we are giving everyone time in Sedona, too.
