This is absolutely a great experience. We highly recommend this. My wife and I cooked Sri Lankan curry chicken with Dulshan and his lovely wife. They talked with us about Sri Lanka as we cooked. We learned a lot. They have a great sense of humor too, so we laughed a lot throughout. And the curry is the best we have ever had. This is truly a 5-star experience!

Dulshan and his wife were delightful. The two dishes we made were absolutely delicious! He was able to accommodate both a vegetarian (our daughter) and non-vegetarians (my husband and I) quite easily.

I REALLY loved this interactive cooking class. Jose Gomez was a terrific instructor. He reviewed the steps and ingredients so I felt like I was doing the right thing at the right time. He showed us his food as it cooked and asked to see ours (with suggestions). Interspersed were questions from the participants (ingredients, substitutions, cultural, what is going on now during Covid times). I love to cook and cook food from all over the world but still learned a lot in this class about spices. The house smelled amazing for a day and we are eating for two days! And I had an enormous amount of fun as well! (It is VERY important to have all your ingredients prepped before the class...which all of us had done.)
